Alain Pressure Wash was the first company I called for a quote and did not need to look any further. I was looking for a detail and comprehensive wash of house ,patios, and outdoor furniture and Alain did it beautifully. I" have vinyl siding and had fears of the siding "flying" off but Alain has done this before and knows the best way to clean all the different things I had to be cleaned. He answers his phone promptly, scheduled me the next day and started the work the day after that. I could not have been happier! I would recommend Alain Pressure wash to anyone who is wanting a person who has an eye for detail.

Alain pressure washed our roof, gutters, windows, exterior of the house, deck, fence, driveway, from 8 to 5 in one day. The whole house looks so clean now, especially the 20-year-old deck and fence which we thought we needed to replace. Now they look brand new. The windows are spic & span, without any streak. Alain even used a rag to hand clean a window sill that he could not reach by hosing. He cleaned the gutters at a better price than most gutter-only services. He even repaired a leaky section for free. He returned to retreat a tough spot on the roof. Then he washed the whole roof instead of the half roof we had agreed upon, without extra charge. We highly recommend Alain.

We had Alain pressure wash our home in Sandy Spring today and I would have to concur with all the other reviews and give him 5+ stars. We have a large home off Riverside Dr., surrounded by lots of trees, etc. that needed exterior washing badly. I wasn't sure how well it could clean up but it turnd out out spectacularly. Alain and his associate worked for nearly 5 hours and did an exceptional job - on a cold, wet day, I might add. In addition to using the pressure wash - which everyone does - he also used a "scrub brush" on an extension pole to better clean any places that weren't coming clean with just the washing. He was also careful to use the right pressure so as not to damage the wood. Alain also moved and replaced furniture from the porch and pool area. In addition to pressure washing the house, he also cleaned the garbage cans and milk box! Alain is also very personable and a delight to work with. Lastly, his price was very reasonable. See below for the details, but bottom line is that if you want the job done RIGHT and at a reasonable rate, Alain is the person to call. My house has huge, wrap-around decks on two levels. They’re essential to the outside/inside nature of the house and represent a major percentage of its value. I needed them cleaned and stained by someone that really KNOWS wood. I called three top-rated Kudzu companies and one that came highly recommended by a friend. The friend's recommendation quote barely covered the costs of material! Two big companies I called were knowledgeable but the cost was a moving target and I felt as if I was negotiating to buy a used car. Groan. Alain showed up within hours of my call and clued into the situation (a mix of hard and pressure-sensitive soft woods) immediately and came up with a no-nonsense mid-range quote within minutes. He runs the company, does much of the work, and he knows the art of pressure-washing and sealing decks and driveways like someone with years of personal experience. The work was done within the week and was about as perfect as it gets. His attention to detail is exemplary. I was so pleased that I asked him to come back and wash the long slippery and cruddy driveway – same excellent service. I am probably one of the pickiest customers in Atlanta! I always research every job and get at least 5-8 quotes on anything that we do on our home. Alain responded to my email through kudzu immediately, came out the same morning, and was extremely reasonable and nice. All three times that he came out, he was exactly on time. We have a large brick home with a brick walkway and a 400 foot-long driveway. He and his assistant came out on Sunday (at my request) and stayed all day and came back in the morning to finish. He also did extra things without my asking(cleaning 2 cement tables and benches and the brick columns at the front) without a charge. He is French and was once a chef, so he is absolutely the most meticulous contractor you will ever meet. He was worth every penny that we paid him. He takes unusual pride in his work. What a pleasure! Thank you Alain for making 30 year old house look brand new!!

On a Saturday we decided we weren't up for staining our two level deck and pressure washing our stucco house. We sent requests to several vendors via Kudzu and Alain responded and came by mid-day Sunday. He gave us a competitive rate and started work on Tuesday. He pressure washed and stained our deck and fence and it came out beautifully. There was one small area of our fence that was slightly lighter than the rest when it dried and he came back out and fixed it the next day. He also took credit cards so was very convenient to pay. I would highly recommend him.

Alain pressure washed and sealed our deck about a year ago (did a great job at the time). For some reason the stain used didn't work well. It was a product problem. When I called Alain to ask him what he thought he immediately said I will pressure wash and re-stain the deck with a better product. Now my deck looks great! My task was sizable--a 12x14 upper deck and a 14x14 lower deck/dock connected by a stairway with loads of spindles! The job seemed to overwhelm a first contractor but not Alain! Everything about this man and his company is first-rate! He keeps appointments and his word! Pricing is more than fair and he seems to enjoy doing extras--in my case, taking down branches and an entire tree that overhung the deck! He also cleaned the front picture window after pressure washing the front walkway (also gratis)! From previous experience with other companies, I can attest that Alain is professional, honest, and most importantly, a man of his word! He made four trips to complete the work--the last being to return furniture to the decks! He personally is onsite during the work--doing most of it himself! Save yourself alot of grief--call Alain! This company did an excellent job on my deck stain. The deck is very large and more than I wanted to tackle. Alain came out to my home in a timely manner and began work shortly after. It's a new deck but had already began to show aging (dark spots and silver boards)- after pressure washing it it looked like the day it was constructed. And the stain is beautiful! If you need a reference I'd be glad to give it.
I called Alain after reading the excellent reviews on Kudzu. He answered the phone personally and was able to come to my house and quote me within 2 days. He was even early for the appointment. I have a very large deck with a lot of spindles and his quote was reasonable expecially considering the extra work he does (two cleanings and two coats of stain). He stayed in contact with me through the entire process and did what he said he was going to do. I also hired him to clean my gutters while he was there. As a bonus he pressure washed the eaves over my deck and garage doors at no charge. Alain has a lot of talents (like repairs of decks and railings) and will honestly tell you if he is not able to do something instead of just taking your money and doing a bad job. He's great and I will hire him again.

When I saw the gutters, I was astonished at the brilliant work. They looked brand new. I had been told by other people that you could not get any of the black gunk off (that drops from the trees), but ALAIN's team proved others wrong. After reading the glowing reviews of Alain's Pressure Washing, I decided I would be in good hands if I gave him my business. I was not disappointed. His professionalism and attentiveness to detail were apparent from the start. He washed our house, deck and driveway with wonderful results. Our white, stucco house had dark patches of green and black from mildew that Alain was able to remove completely, even though it took some extra work on his part. Prior to hiring Alain, we had considered scrapping our deck and starting over with it since it was so unsightly, rough and old-looking, but Alain assured us that we'd see a huge difference after a good cleaning and staining. He was right! Everyone now comments on how nice it looks. We appreciate the extra time he took with the sanding and doing the staining by hand. I used Alain’s Pressure Washing to pressure wash and stain my 2 decks and deck furniture (teak). I dealt with Alain directly. First, his prices were to die for and his professionalism was unmatched. He was prompt, courteous, and very friendly - a pleasure to work with. The quality of his work: fantastic. He pressure washed the decks for 4 hours, then sanded, and applied the stain by hand - no machine or sprays. The level of care he showed on my home was unparalleled. The best part was that he would not finish until he believed the job was perfect. In my case, I had very old teak furniture and my deck had seen better days. Alain persevered to get the deck and furniture looking new - and he did it. I still cannot believe how good everything looks. The maintenance on our deck had been greatly neglected and it was looking terribly worn (awful fainted grey color, wood splinters/shards, etc.), but Alain's Pressure Washing completely restored it. Thoroughly sanded down, washed clean and stained, the deck looks great again!! They threw in the pressure washing of the driveway for free. Liked the work so much I had them pressure wash the outside of my house too, which had a lot of that "green" pollen still stuck on it, and it was completely removed. Best value for deck washing and repairs I used Alain's Pressure Washing Service in late August of 2007 to do repairs at my home. Alain did a very thorough and complete job. He had all the tools, equipment, and experience necessary to complete the work. He completed the work in a timely manner and I was competley satisfied when he was finished. Alain's prices are very fair and I would recommend his services to anyone.
