We had Alain pressure wash our home in Sandy Spring today and I would have to concur with all the other reviews and give him 5+ stars. We have a large home off Riverside Dr., surrounded by lots of trees, etc. that needed exterior washing badly. I wasn't sure how well it could clean up but it turnd out out spectacularly. Alain and his associate worked for nearly 5 hours and did an exceptional job - on a cold, wet day, I might add. In addition to using the pressure wash - which everyone does - he also used a "scrub brush" on an extension pole to better clean any places that weren't coming clean with just the washing. He was also careful to use the right pressure so as not to damage the wood. Alain also moved and replaced furniture from the porch and pool area. In addition to pressure washing the house, he also cleaned the garbage cans and milk box! Alain is also very personable and a delight to work with. Lastly, his price was very reasonable.
