Called Alain because of all the great reviews on this site and happy that I did. We have a HUGE deck that was in a really bad shape - rough surface, lots of mold with most of the previous stain gone. Alain came as promised on the same day as my call and gave us his estimate. And we said let's do it. So he and his crew pressure washed, sanded and stained the deck. The end result - beautiful deck clean and freshly stained. Alain even did a little extra and painted the lattice we had to keep the dogs from crawling under the deck.
