Alain has been very responsive to phone calls and questions before, during and after completing the work. I have an average size deck, but a ton of stairs and spindles, all covered in multiple layers of mismatched stain--he exceeded my expectations in the job he did to remove all that old mess and make my whole deck look like new. He also washed the side of my house and patio, and stained a retaining wall--all at his own initiative at no extra charge. I highly recommend Alain--he is a class act.
